Also- Obesity can shorten your life by as much as 12 years and 73% of Americans are now either overweight or technically obese. Finally 1/3 of our American children are overweight and it is estimated the current younger generation will have a 3-5 year shorter lifespan than their parents!
What can you do? You first step if you are overweight or have a friend or family member overweight is to start a proven safe program. This is why I am giving you the basics of my program, proven with over 30 years of research.
This program has been proven to provide a weight loss 33% greater than the National Institute of Health Program. More importantly, this program is shown to provide 53% greater fat loss than the same program.
How does the program work?
The basis is high density shakes fortified with extra Leucine. Leucine is proven in multiple studies to increase muscle building and help you lose fat. Every one of my clients at this time have clearly reshaped their bodies on this program.
In addition to the shakes, we add an all natural Boost pill, containing green tea, L-Carnitine and cayenne pepper- all shown to lose weight, increase your metabolism and assist in the process of breaking down fat.
Finally you are provided an all natural Resist pill, which is simply an herb- that after allowing it to melt on your tongue removes your sweet taste ability for about 2-3 hours. If you have a significant sweet tooth, this allows you to start your own behavior modification. For some- sweet cravings are actually an addiction and if you have this issue, this allows you to control these cravings.
You are then provided the education you need, both in written material but also personally from myself to make this successful for you.
So what does my day look like?
Breakfast- simply take a boost pill before breakfast, and have a shake for breakfast.
Lunch- Take a boost pill before lunch, and then either have a shake, or design your own lunch with at least 30 grams of protein based on the education provided.
Afternoon snack- again, either have one of our protein bars, or provide your own snack of about 100-200 calories following our principles.
Dinner- Have your own Dinner based upon our “Plate Look” along with about 30 grams of protein.
As you see- your are encouraged to eat real food, you are expected to eat every 3-4 hours, you are not counting calories and you are following a proven scientifically based program.
